What you are not charged for
- Numbers that are not on WhatsApp. We check before taking payment and
refuse the send rather than billing you for a delivery that cannot happen.
- Anything we fail to deliver. Undelivered recipients are refunded
pro rata.
- A send you stop. There is a window after payment and before dispatch
where you can cancel; if you do, the whole amount is owed back.
- Retrying a recipient who never received it. You paid for that
delivery once.
- Replies. Reading them costs nothing.
During the beta
Payments are simulated while we test. You will see these prices at checkout, but no
card is charged and no money moves.
